Release Notes - Layer2 Cloud Connector
V7.20.9.0 (06/2018)

New

  • To prevent unwanted mass deletes in case of an error, it's now possible to define a deletion protection threshold which specifies the expected maximum percentage of deletes. If this number is exceeded, the synchronization is aborted and the user is asked to confirm whether the deletes are really expected.
  • Additionally to the mail target function of NLog you can now make use of the BufferingWrapper function of NLog to send out a mail after a successful synchronization that informs you about the performed steps. Check out our Layer2 Cloud Connector Logging and Alerting Guide for further information.
  • The Layer2 Cloud Connector now offers a custom variation of Office365 authentication for user that authenticate against their SharePoint Online using duo.com.

Fixes

  • In some cases the log display in the MMC would only show old log entries.
