    How to purchase online?

    Please follow the "Buy Now" links to purchase online. Accepted payment methods of our E-Payment provider are: Credit Card or prepayment options like giropay, PayPal, check and wire transfer.

    How to purchase offline?

    If you cannot purchase online, please request a quote directly via [email protected] and send our quote back signed or your Purchase Order per email for ordering. Receive an invoice and pay per wire transfer to Germany or our US Bank Account. Note that Credit Cards are not supported for offline purchase.

    Tax / vat issues

    You may receive purchase offerings with no or inapplicable tax / vat. During online order the tax / vat is calculated dynamically regarding your location or address. Please contact [email protected] directly in case of any issues with tax / vat while ordering online.

    How I will receive my purchased license?

    Please follow the instructions in the order confirmation to license the purchased product. Based on these steps, you will receive a license file per email within next 24 hours during Germany working days. Just place the license file as instructed in the email. No new software installation is required. All settings are being kept.

    I've not received an invoice. Any next steps?

    You will receive an order confirmation and invoice per email directly after your online order finished successfully. Please check the spam or clutter folder in your email client to find the missing documents. If you still can't find any documents, contact [email protected].

     

    How to apply discounts?
